The current administration is dismantling admittedly imperfect systems with a chainsaw. Our goal is to raise public awareness, stand up against the illegal and unconstitutional activities, and be counted in opposition to cruelty and unlawful acts.

Join your neighbors along Washington Ave in Golden and express your frustration and be supported. Wear your costumes or decorate your car. The color is yellow.

Meet on the bridge over Clear Creek to say “Hi,” pick up free signs and sign up for emailings. Bring a friend. Invite in people who have not participated in before.

Indivisible Colorado would like us all to go to the Denver demonstration, Noon to 4:00, at the State Capitol. We have set our time so that if you want to do both you can.

In 2025, millions of Americans came together in nonviolent protest to oppose the growing authoritarian actions of the Trump administration and affirm that this nation belongs to its people, not to kings. Since then, people have continued to rise up nonviolently against the current administration’s ongoing brutality and abuses of power, including the latest escalation in Minnesota.

-- three million protesters turned out for “Hands Off” rally in April 2025

-- five million showed up in June as part of the first NO KINGS protest

-- seven million came to the second NO KINGS demonstration in October

-- nine million people are exprcted to turn out March 28

A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
